Working in a bar has shaped the way I approach my work, teaching me how to read people quickly, stay calm under pressure, and create an environment where everyone feels welcome. The fast pace and constant interaction helped me develop strong communication skills and an instinct for understanding. These experiences have shown me the importance of authenticity, consistency, and a strong work ethic, all of which influence how I build relationships and contribute to any project or team.
